Check your weight early morning after clearing stomach on a bi-weekly basis
Skim through the next week's diet and fill in stuff or items that you currently do not have.
1. Follow the diet as per the time intervals. Avoid missing meals, and eat even if not hungry.
2. Sleep on time and avoid midnight snacking. If hungry, have soup/salad.
3. No aerated beverages, junk food, chips, namkeen or outside food should be consumed.
4. Losing weight is a long journey of patience and lifestyle change, not an overnight quick fix.
5. Avoid any heavy exercise this week (yes, you read it right!). Infact, don't exercise if you don't feel like, just focus on your die

Vegetable Soup
Slice the following vegetables diagonally
Carrot
Capsicum
Cabbage
Broccoli
Beans
3 mushrooms
Spring onion
Pumpkin Soup
Peel 100 gms pumpkin.
Boil in 1 ltr of water with 1 tomato & a small pc of ginger.
Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
Churn it, sieve it & add salt & pepper as per taste.
You can add ½ tsp readymade mix soup powder for taste.
