This year, with His holiness' Blessings, our Akila Bharata Suvasini
Bhikshavandanam is scheduled on Friday the 6th August 2021, and will take place at
Orikkai near Kanchipuram,where His Holiness will be camping and performing Puja
during this year's Chaturmasyam.

Covid pandemic is still not over. While Bhikshavandanam will be offerred at the Mutt,
it is still not clear whether we all can participate in person. If we can make it to
Kanchipuram on 6th, we can participate wearing mask and by maintaining social
distance.

During Bhikshavandanam, Ekadasa Rudra Parayanam has been arranged during

Pradosha Puja on 5th evening and also during Chandramouleeswar Puja on 6th with
Homam. If there is any additional programme on the day, we will inform you.
Everything depends on how the pandemic will recede.

On 5th evening, Pradosha Puja at Sri Mahaperiyava Adhishtanam will be sponsored

by us. As usual Abhishekam to Sri Kamakshiamman will be performed on 5th.
(Uchikalam. 11 AM ). As of now no devotee is allowed in Gayathri Mandapam. And
nobody is allowed to sit or be present during any Puja in the temple, because of the
pandemic. Even if the situation does not improve, Abhishekam will take place and
we will all pray from wherever we are, as we did last year.
