MONTHLY BULLETIN for July 2020

We are now into Phase 2 of the lifting of the Circuit Breaker. These are the
latest updates.
1. Sponsored programmes are still on hold.
2. Calendly bookings are no longer required for visits to the gurdwara.
3. The new limit for attendees in the gurdwara has been raised to 50 persons
at any one time.

Please take note of the following measures:

1. Safe entry check-in is a must for all visitors. Do not forget to check-out
when leaving the premises.
2. Temperature taking is compulsory. Please do not visit the gurdwara if
you are unwell. Anyone with a temperature reading of 37.5 deg C or
higher will be advised to leave the gurdwara immediately. Seniors and
young children are also advised not to visit the gurdwara.
3. Practise safe distancing of 1 – 1.5m at all times.
4. Please leave the gurdwara premises after visiting the darbar hall.
Gatherings and meetings are not allowed to take place at any area of the
gurdwara.
5. Bring along your own ‘dupatta’ or ‘patka’ to cover your head.
6. Make sure to put on your own masks at all times in the gurdwara.
7. Handwashing facilities and hand sanitisers are available at relevant
locations.
8. ‘Parkarma’ and ‘chaur sewa’ is presently not allowed.
9. Pre-packed parshad in small containers is available at first level.
10.Langgar and tea will not be served.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO GURDWARA
Contributions to the gurdwara can be made through Paynow, online transfers,
cheques and cash.
Please obtain gurdwara’s receipts for all cash and cheque contributions. Please
indicate your name and mention the reason for the contribution when using
Paynow or online transfers, such as LOP, Golak, Ragis, Langgar Bill, etc….
