This activity will provide you an opportunity to develop your critical thinking on understanding
literature. In this task, choose a fictional movie, novel or short story and analyze it by completing the activity
sheet. The activity sheet will be given as a separate sheet of your module. On completing the activity,
STRICTLY AVOID PLAGIARISM. Note: Just take time to research the literary terms below in order for you
to have a better understanding on analyzing the literary piece.

C. Plot is the sequence of events in the story, arranged and linked by the causality. In this part of fiction, we have
three kinds of plot these include: linear plot, circular plot and En Medias plot. Collectively, the three types of
plot are otherwise termed as closed plots because they normally follow the pyramid pattern of development. Now,
in this task identify the plot of your selected literary piece/movie by completing the pattern of development.
