DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

OF REAL PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

This Deed of Absolute Sale made and entered into this ____ day of March
2019 at Bangued, Abra, by and between:

_____________, representing his co-heirs, Filipino Citizen, of legal age,

married, with residence and postal address at _________________________, herein
after referred to as the “SELLER”;

and

______________________, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, married with residence

and postal address at __________________, herein after referred to as the “BUYER”;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS the VENDORS are the registered owner of a parcel of land

including improvements, which the Buyer is intending to buy, evidenced and
covered by Tax Declaration No. ______, situated at Barangay
________________________.

WHEREAS, the Seller have offered to sell and transfer all their rights and
interest over the Parcel of land and Buyer hereby accepts in accordance with
the terms herein set forth;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises

and the sum of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php10, 000.00), Philippine Currency,
which the SELLER hereby acknowledged to have received from the BUYER,
the SELLER hereby sell, assign, transfer and convey unto the BUYER, their
complete ownership, title and possession over the above described real estate
including improvements, free from any liens or encumbrances; and by these
presents the PARTIES hereby accept and agree to be bound by the terms and
conditions of the said SALE.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands on

the dates and place first above written.

on every pages thereof.
