On receipt of the letter from the party, the officer from this section visited & inspected the site on 03/05/2019 to verify & ensure the compliance of all fire protection & fire fighting requirement stipulated by this department vide above referred amended provisional NOC’s and it was observed that party has complied with the fire protection & fire fighting requiremen stipulated by this department vide above referred provisional NOC. Om sai fire se protection system was tested physically & found to be working satisfactory on the protcotion, No. MPS-LA.F-0326, C-0368 te p-0082, ‘A’ Form certificate no.Nil, Dt.24/04/2019 for providing fire fighting installations, in view of above as far as this department is concerned there would be no objection to allow the party to occupy & use the entire Residential building having height of 19.250 Mts. from ground level, However it shall be responsibility of maintain the fire safety measures in good working orders all the time trurther as per the Maharashtra Fite Prevention & Life Safety Act, 2006 it is statutory requirement to check the in-built fie protection system from licensing agency twice ina year (in sine month of danuary & July) & produce the certificate to this department. ‘rhe Gross built up are 2868.693 sq mtrs. aS certified total built up area by architects vide his letter dl 19/02/2019.
