1.Final Price are subject to change based on your latest drawings,brass metal parts of Bottom Cover and Pipe Cover will be injected into this two plastic parts together.
2.The lead time shall be calculated from receipt of final drawings and deposit and mould design confirmation to the first trial sample.
3.First Trial Shotting Samples：normally we would provide to our clients 5-10 pieces samples Free of Charge according to the size of parts.but it is of freight collect.
4.For the samples which are Free of Charge，it is only for ordinary engineering material，powerstar shall not be responsible for special engineering material.
5.The mould base would be purchased from LKM or equivalence,please kindly refer http://www.lkm.com.hk.
6.We would not start to order any mould steel before got final official approval to our submitted layout drawings from our clients.
7.The updated drawings for moulds and moulded parts and the final Molding Test Report would be offered to clients with the moulds.
8.Payment terms for moulds:T/T,50% Deposit with P.O.,Mid Term（First shot）30%.Final Term(Upon Approval Before Shipping)20%.
9.Payment terms for Porduct:T/T,40% Deposit with P.O.Final Term(Upon Approval Before Shipping)60%.
10.Powestar shall not be involved in any patent or copyright infringements when working to all the relative drawings and samples offeredby clients.
Note:The quotation is valid for 30 working days; this quotation is not used as the final settlement basis, the settlement shall be based on the final contract.
