completely satisfied, we'll be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.

To return/exchange an item, complete and enclose this form, clearly marking whether items are being
returned or exchanged, and enter applicable reason code.

Returns must be received within 28 days of the order dispatch date. Items must be unworn, in perfect re-
saleable condition, and in the original packaging and tags. These conditions do not affect your statutory
rights.

1. Returns can be taken to any of our UK stores (excluding Fenwicks). Find your nearest Moda store WEBSITE RETURNS
at modainpelle.com/map, or call Customer Services
2. This despatch note with completed returns section must be taken to store as proof of purchase

1. Returns can be made by post to the returns address provided. Please complete this form and
enclose with your return UNITED KINGDOM
2. We strongly advise a tracked service is used as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items. The
cost of returns by post are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Once your return/exchange has been received by our warehouse, your refund will be processed
within 7-10 working days. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a notification email.
