LONG BONE REPAIR

Long bone can be fixed in proper orientation or position using fixators like wires, pins, screws, plates and
intramedullary nails to make the rejoining of bone fragments at fracture site. These fixators are different
in terms of uses, material composition and applications; the detailed description of these fixators is in
Table 1.
