But since the Philippines is particularly susceptible to natural disasters, typhoons, our country has planned to manage
disaster risk. It seems to have disaster risk preference policies and plans, residual risk management, and disaster loss
mitigation. And, as we can see, it is pretty compelling. So, how good is Disaster Risk Management?
First and foremost, Disaster Risk Management manages to reduce risks rather than just disasters. Which aims to
eliminate new risks or hazards, be alert for catastrophe, and respond to events that go beyond disaster management. It
also provides and provides data to people to make them more informed and prepared in the event of an emergency.
Second, it is advantageous to both us and our country. It disrupts our lives, finances, and future goals, which our country
is attempting. It allows individuals to share their insights and experiences with others in their communities. And, since
we don't know when typhoons will strike, we should always be prepared. Finally, disaster management is fundamental,
although it assists in preparing for and avoiding risks from natural disasters that we cannot anticipate or prevent. I
Appreciated PAG ASA, NDRRNC, and several other organizations for providing information on how to plan for disasters
and handle risks.
Based on the evidence presented above, I conclude that Disaster Risk Management is successful. Its mission is to raise
awareness among Filipinos about the importance of being prepared for a typhoon. With these measures, we have a
better chance of living; we are now totally aware of what can occur and can manage to minimize risks with the
assistance of Disaster Risk Management and its agencies.
