1. ITEM JOURNAL CONSUMPTION AT COST PRICE

1. Click Area Page node: Project management and accounting -> Journals -> Item.

Form name: Inventory journal

2. Click the New button.

3. Create a new record in the Inventory journal form.

4. Click the Lines button.

Form name: Item Lines

4. Select the Project ID from the drop down list , this is the project to which item consumption will take
place.

5. Select Line property from '' to 'Charge'.

6. Select Item number from '' to 'AACL-004395'.

7. Enter Quantity as '1.00', Select the Project Activity from Activity.

9. Switch to the Product dimensions tab on the Item Lines form.

9. Change Site from '' to '1'. This is the site from which you are consuming items.

10. Change Warehouse from '' to '11'. This is the warehouse from which you are consuming items.

12. Switch to the Overview tab on the Item Lines form.

13. Click the Validate button.

14. Click the OK button.

15. Click the Close button.

16. Click the Post button to post the Item consumption journal.

17. Click the OK button.

2. VIEW INVENTORY TRANSACTIONS

19. Click the Inventory -> Transactions menu button.

Form name: Inventory transactions

20. Click the Close toolbar button.

21. Close the Inventory transactions form.

22. Close the Item Lines form.

23. Click the New button.

24. Create a new record in the Inventory journal form.

25. Click the Lines button.

Form name: Item Lines

25. Change Project ID from '' to 'AACL-000237'.

26. Change Line property from '' to 'Charge'.

27. Change Item number from '' to 'AACL-004395'.

28. Change Quantity from '' to '1.00'.

30. Switch to the Product dimensions tab on the Item Lines form.
30. Change Site from '' to '1'.

31. Change Warehouse from '' to '11'.

33. Switch to the Overview tab on the Item Lines form.

33. Change Activity from '' to 'A'.

35. Switch to the Product dimensions tab on the Item Lines form.
36. Switch to the Overview tab on the Item Lines form.

37. Click the Inventory -> Marking menu button.

38. Change Set mark now from 'No' to 'Yes'.

39. Click the Apply button.

40. Click the OK button.

41. Click the Post button.

42. To view Inventory transactions, Click the Inventory -> Transactions menu button.
