Surveying requirement:

1. Boundary Line indicated with bearing and length

2. Existing services (Drainage, Water Supply, Lamp Post, electrical

post, sewerage system, road)

3. Existing Building

4. Existing reserve (such as drainage reserve, road reserve and etc.)

5. Survey plan shall be indicated with spot level and contour line
(with elevation provided in CAD file)

6. Survey plan and data shall be extended until 20m from the proposed
site boundary.

7. Hardcopy Survey plan shall be endorsed by license surveyor
