COMMON MERIT LIST FOR ADMISSION TO 1 YEAR PGDC PROGRAMS

WINTER 2021 AT NPTI FARIDABAD

Note 1: Counseling shall be held by NPTI Corporate Office, Faridabad on 15-02-2021 (Monday) from
10 a.m. onwards through calling on Candidate’s Mobile Phone provided by the candidate
in their application form.

Note 2: Candidates are advised to carefully go through the instructions for counseling given below.

Instructions for Counseling

Note:

1. E-Payment of Rs.23,600/- (Rs 20,000/- course/admission fee + GST @18%) is to be made

by the Candidate on or before counselling by clicking on the link
https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm or payment of the said amount can also
be made through NEFT/UPI/IMPS/Online transfer drawn in favor of “National Power
Training Institute” payable at Faridabad (Bank details given in Prospectus).

This amount is a part of course fee & for confirmation of admission at the time of counseling.
No admission is offered without the above said payment. In case a selected candidate
withdraws before the commencement of the program for any reasons, his/her fee of Rs. 23,600/-
shall be refunded. After joining & attending the program session, fee paid will not be refunded.

2. Candidates shall be allowed for counseling only after verification of payment of

application/registration fee and other verifications. Seats will be allotted strictly as per merit
order.

3. Once the seat for a particular PGDC Program is allotted during counseling, it cannot be changed
later on at any stage.

4. Documents to be produced in Original and one set of self-attested photocopies at the time of
Reporting/Joining the course:

a) Qualifying Degree/ Provisional Degree certificate issued by the University

b) All semester mark sheets of B.E. /B. Tech. or equivalent issued by the University.
c) Candidate must submit at the time of reporting, the calculation sheet showing
aggregate % marks of B.E./B.Tech for all the 8 Semesters.
d) Disability certificate issued by competent authority for Physically Challenged candidates.
e) Caste certificate (ST/SC/OBC) and non-creamy layer for OBC candidates.
f) EWS certificate for Economically Weaker Section candidates.
 g) In-case of candidates of OBC non creamy layer, the certificate must have been issued by
the concerned authority on or after 1st April 2020.
h) 10th / 12th Mark Sheets & Certificates.
i) Photo ID proof issued by Govt.
j) Two Number of recently taken passport size photos (with name and rank in Merit on the
back side of the photograph).
k) Sponsorship letter on organization letter head (Applicable only for sponsored candidates).

5. (Rs.1,00,000/-towards 1st installment of training fees + GST @18%) = Rs. 1,18,000/- (Non-
Refundable) to be paid at the time of reporting/joining the allocated institute and 2nd installment
of (Rs. 1,10,000/- + GST @18%) = Rs. 1,29,800/-(Non-Refundable) to be paid by 5th July-
2021.

6. In case a selected candidate is asked to withdraw or withdraws from the program for any
reasons, his/her course fee will not be refunded.

7. NPTI reserves all the rights to start or stop any PGDC program at any institute and also
reserves the rights to make any changes in important dates, curriculum and no. of seats
in courses offered.

8. Reservation of seats shall be as per the norms of Central Government. Seats falling vacant in a
particular category shall be allocated to the other categories subject to the eligibility conditions
and reservation norms as prevalent from time to time. In case the seat from Sponsored
Category remains vacant the same will be thrown open to Non-sponsored category.

9. Only those candidates who are placed in the common merit list and made the payment of Rs.
23,600/- will be contacted for counselling round.

10. Course fee details

1 For Non- sponsored candidates Rs. 2,30,000/- + GST @18% per participant

2. For sponsored candidates Rs. 3,60,000/- + GST @18% per participant

.

Note: - There is no Fee concession to any category of students.

Other fees to be paid by the candidates:

The above course fee does not include other fees like Lodging/Boarding Charges etc.

However, twin sharing hostel accommodation shall be provided to the candidates if

available at the respective training Institute at reasonable charges. Dining facility in the
hostels is available at each institute on payment of charges to the institute.

The other institution fees like Security Deposit, Hostel Rent, Transport Charges, food charges,
etc. has to be paid extra at respective institutes at the time of joining.

Placement charges @ Rs. 15,000/- + GST @18% to be paid by the student if he/she got
selected in any organization through campus placements.
