Justification:

How our learners meet the competencies in modular distance learning? Through
following instructions written in self-learning modules prepared by teachers. Learners
must do many and different activities appropriate to understand the lesson in his/her
home alone, sometime with parents, tutor or even friends. As a teacher we must guide
through well-designed instructional content and appropriate communication medium.
Teachers must make sure that the quality of learning remains even with the
absence of face-to-face interactions.

In using different learning platforms, we can facilitate teaching-learning

environment. Teacher possess good listening skills and warm, accessible,
enthusiastic, and caring. But the question is – teacher or learners are capable and
knowledgeable in e-learnings, to create a positive teaching-learning environment?
