Module 11 (Organization Culture)

 Mr. Rashid is a product Manager of X company. Recently his company launches new
product with great expectations. After launching the product, the company realizes that
they have made a mistake. The company became apprehensive about the future of the
product. Mr. Rashid and his team started thinking about the product. At this time, the
company realizes that their organization’s culture is relatively fixed in the short term that
effect their employee’s performance and socialization of the company environment. Mr.,
Rashid is a new product manager of the company, recently he joined as a product
manager, he completely unaware of the Organization’s culture. Mr. Rashid believes
“Some people are very comfortable with change, while others prefer to avoid it”. To
effect change, involve top management and strategize a long-term plan. It’s really
necessary for developing a plan, ideas. So, he took the assignment to reproduce the
product. For developing product, ideas, thinking so, he tries to foster a safety culture in
their workplace. How organization culture can influence strategic thinking? & Will their
new strategy work? If yes, why? If no, why not?
