H series use grease seals instead of water seals used by traditional domestic
spring cone crusher, thus the good seals effect can be achieved as long as
change of lubricant is timely, and the mixing of grease and water is
forbidden hereon; It adopts a new type of thin oil lubrication station with
large flux and air-condition cooling to replace that with small flux and water
cooling, so the machine can get well lubricating effects and service life will

PFS Series Impact Crusher is a new type of crusher mixed with the newest domestic and overseas technologies.
Production capacity reaches to and even exceeds JB/T10246-200 standard, when crushing the same lot of materials, it
can reduce 1/3 energy consumptions compared with jaw crusher, so a great deal of industrial electric will be saved.

The main shaft and rotor of PFS series Impact Crusher (for large machine) are connected by a special "keyless
expanding-sleeve", the torsion strength of main shaft is 30% higher than that of key connection, so service life can be
extended effectively. The back case shelf and the body are connected by iron hinges, and the built-in FS1315 II and
PFS1316H type hydraulic hoist devices will facilitate to open the back case shelf for changing damageable parts or
servicing for equipment, so repair and production recovery will be much easy.

PFW Series Eddy Strong Impact Crusher is a new high efficient impact crusher; it is developed and improved from
the same type of crusher from America and Germany. PFW series is applicable for rough crushing, medium
crushing and fine crushing for any kinds of materials not exceeding 250Mpa compressive resistance. The PFW
series is special in structure, easy to operate, and high efficient and power saving, and in cubic appearance, its
discharge granularity can be adjusted to any size, it can realize a great crushing ratio, simplify crushing procedures
and reduce investment cost. The PFW series is widely applied in water & electricity and speedway industries for
crushing sandstones.

PFW Series Eddy Strong Impact Crusher is special in design that has an eddy crushing cavity to crush materials in
three phases, the rotor body is connected by keyless expanding-sleeve. Its vibration hammer is high efficient and
wear-resisting and it is installed by inserting, special gear impact panel, the frame opens in several directions, lead
screw or hydraulic start device facilitates change of damageable parts, so repair is easier.

PL Series Vertical Impact Crusher is a kind of new type and self-impact (stone-impact-stone)
crusher developed by Shaorui Heavy Industries, it has been tested and improved and reaches
international levels. By action of a feed system, acceleration system and eddy crushing cavity,
the high-speed material flow and the material fall drop into eddy crushing cavity through feed
system are impacted tremendously. An eddy current is formed through rebound of eddy
crushing cavity, so materials here will be impacted, scrubbed and crushed to realize full
crushing. The advanced crushing method makes PL series be much effective, lower in cost
and longer in service period. The PL series is widely applied for mining, cement, glass
material, fire-resistant material, building aggregates, manual sanding, and fine crushing and

PCB Series Hammer Crusher is named for its rotor which has a hammer (or

 SRC High strength hammer crusher

SRC series high strength hammer crusher is a newly developed product, and applied to many
kinds of materials like limestone, coal, shale, plaster and so on. The most outstanding features is
that it has a very large feeding size from 100mm to 550mm but the output size is below 50mm
(20mm-40mm> 60%). It greatly simplifies the crushing process and save cost for customers.
Meanwhile it also has a very large crushing cavity which leads to a super high capacity and save
energy by 30%-50%. And integral casted frame can guarantee the machine has a 3 times longer

Spiral Separator comes from the theory that granules with different dimensions and
specific weights will sink in water at different speeds, fine mine granules float around in
water or overflow, rough mine granules sink down to the bottom, so in this way the
mechanical separation can be achieved. It can be separated and filtered materials grinded
in a ball mill, the rough materials will be discharged through the spiral to feed opening of
the ball mill, and the fine materials will be discharged from overflow pipe, it is widely
applied for separating mine sands for closed circuit circulation formed by concentrating
mill and ball mill, as well as for desliming and dehydrating during mine washing works.
