Comments: Natalia effectively applied evidence-based practice to introduce a change that successfully impacted
patient care on her unit. She was able to bring change into the culture and practice of her coworkers and has shown
leadership capabilities. She is a positive force on the unit and to her peers. This project has given Natalia the
confidence to participate in several unit initiatives and to have her voice heard. She has most recently initiated a
change regarding scheduled medication times in EPIC to prevent error messages for cumulative daily overdoses and
to alleviate medications being administered too closely between shifts. It was a pleasure to precept Natalia for this
project.
