DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION made and entered into by and between:

PHILIPPINE SPRING WATER RESOURCES, INC., a corporation duly organized and

existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal place of business at A.C.
Cortes Ave., Cambaro, Mandaue City, Cebu, represented by Mr. Michael C. Embestro, in his
capacity as the National Marketing Manager hereinafter referred to as the “DONOR”

-and-

CCTV – COMPAÑERO TAVANG VOLUNTEERS, a corporation duly organized and existing

under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with principal place of business at San Antonio
St. Looc Mandaue City, represented by Nerito Martinez in his capacity as the Chief of Staff,
hereinafter referred to as the “DONEE”.

WITNESSETH:

That, the DONOR is the manufacturer and distributor of bottled drinking products doing
business under the brand name Nature’s Spring;

That, the Philippines, like the rest of the world, is greatly affected by the COVID-19
pandemic;

That, in accordance to the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act (R.A. No. 11469), and in
consideration and part of the DONOR’s act of liberality and generosity, the DONOR hereby
answers to the National Government’s call for basic commodities and hereby voluntarily and
freely gives, transfer and conveys, by way of donation, unto said DONEE, all of the right, title and
interest to 1,608 bottles of Nature’s Spring 500ml – Purified Drinking Water (size | SKU)
amounting to Fifteen Thousand Nine Hundred Nineteen and Twenty Centavos. (15,919.20 Php)

That, the DONOR affirms that this donation is not made with intent to deceive its creditors,
and that it has reserved for itself sufficient funds and property;

That, the DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation made in its favor by the
DONOR, and hereby manifests its gratefulness for the latter's generosity.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both the DONOR & DONEE have hereunder subscribed their
names this 24th day of April 2020 at Mandaue City Cebu, Philippines.
