Subject: TENDER ENQUIRY NO. 01/LP/2021-22/Transportation/WIL-dt. 13-07-2021.

You are requested to submit your quotations for the item appended as per schedule of TE (Page
3) of this tender:
Terms & Conditions:
1. Tender will be opened at 1200 Hrs on 31-07-2021 at following address and the
Quotations must reach before 1130 hrs:

BID Center, Box No. 13, Room No. 3, Near Rabitta Hall,
Quaid Avenue, Wah Cantt.

2. You are required to quote in one Part it should indicate the commercial terms e.g. price,
terms of payment, mode of payment, mode of supply.
3. The outside of envelope must be inscribed with:
i. Tender Enquiry No. 01/LP/2021-22/Transportation/WIL dt: 13-07-2021.
ii. Opened on: Dated: 31-07-2021
4. Bid money at the rate of 2% of the quoted value should accompany the tender in the
shape of Pay Order from a scheduled Bank drawn in favor of “CEO / Managing Director,
Wah Industries Limited, Wah Cantt”. In case of failure of supply, the bid money will be
forfeited.
5. Tender received without Bid Money will be rejected.
6. The tender must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee valuing Rs. 2500 by means of
PO, DD in favour of CEO / Managing Director Wah industries Ltd, Wah Cantt.
7. The right to accept / reject any offer or to cancel the tender, without assigning any
reason or to negotiate price prejudice to the original offer is hereby reserved.
8. The quotations must be valid for at least 60 days from the date of opening of tender.
9. The quotation should hold good for any reduced or enhanced quantity without notice.
10. The transporters registered with Sales Tax Deptt. are eligible to participate in the T.E.
Proof of registration must be provided.
11. The competitive transporter shall have to furnish sales Tax invoice and professional Tax
Clearance certificate.

12. Performance bond @ 10% of the total value of the transportation will be submitted prior
to the placement of contract. The performance bond will be returned on satisfactory
completion of the contract. In case of failure to provide services of transportation,
performance bond (security money) will be forfeited.
13. In case of failure to fulfill the contractual obligations, the store will be transported from
elsewhere at the risk and cost of the firm
14. If at any time during the currency of this contract. The purchaser decide to decrease /
increase the transportationlimit or terminate the contract for any reason whatsoever
(Other than for reasons of Failure to Supply the store), he shall have the right to do so.
15. Entire store to be lifted within 30 days onward from the date of issuance of work order.
16. Loading and lifting of the store is to be carried out by the transporter.
17. The transporter / Tpt firm will be bound to provide roadworthy demanded transport /
vehicles. The firm will provide mechanically fit and better quality appropriate transport and
not poor or of old vintage.
18. In case of any accident or defect caused to the hired vehicles en-route, the transporter /
Tpt firm will be responsible to replace such trucks / trailers without any loss of time at their
own cost and no extra payment shall be allowed.
19. While taking direct delivery of store from designated destination, the demurrage charges
(if any) occur due to late provision of transport, at the premises, will be paid in cash to
respective authority by Carriage Contractor.
20. The transporter / Tpt firm shall be responsible for safe and sound delivery of store,
equipment etc. at the destination and shall be liable to make good any shortage / damage
occurred at the good or part that of during transit due to any reason. The transporter / Tpt
firm shall also make good any damage or loss to WIL property caused by the transporter /
tpt firm, his men or transport.
21. Sales Tax will be levied as per Govt. rules.
22. Conditional offers are likely to be ignored.

UNDERTAKING

Should our offer be accepted, we hereby undertake to supply the store/render the services
contracted, failing which it shall constitute a breach of contract and Wah Industries Limited shall
have the right to purchase the stores/services from elsewhere at our risk and cost.
