Namaste sir,

At the onset, thanks a lot for sharing "What makes it Great nation tips" with me. I
completely agree on these tips since they are missing in India, with masses and
available only with selected “well thinking people”.

I am also glad that my (remote) writing is inspiring you and that is incredible.

Frankly, I never had that agenda in my mind when I started this activity (of
sharing good articles, good news, concerned news, etc. all about India). My only
mission is to "empower Indians" and in turn "educate Indians" on tons of subjects
(which I was not aware & many ones too) so that all of them become "unbiased"
(via unlearning & relearning process) and in turn it helps each one to bring
"changes in thinking".

"Change in thinking" brings happiness to all.

I always believed that if I want to be happy 24/7/365? I must attempt to make at

least 4 people happy around me.

I observed & experienced this from my father & his forth brother who is yet to
get married.

Both of them are my inspiration. Both of them through their daily act bring tons
of happiness.

In my personal capacity (as well as in professional capacity), "change in thinking

for 24/7/365" {by reading books, by watching films/drama, by watching video
clips, by reading articles, by meeting number of people, visiting railway station,
visiting state bus stand, visiting vegetable market, etc.} brought tremendous
happiness in my life. “Change in thinking” directly affecting on my talk & on my
writing. Change in talk & my writing is directly affecting on my act. Finally,
change in act is affecting others.
“Change in thinking from positive perspective” is the key of success & happiness.
That is what I believe & I experience too.

• I realised that people around me {including large number of family

members {In our family, we have too many Phadke’s} other than my father
& uncle & people in office including owners/promoters} were not keen to
share their happiness with me & others. I tried my best to find the reason. I
failed. I also realised that each one of them was brainfart.
• Brainfart means people who think bad, negative, ugly & ill 24/7/365.
• First, they create mess for themselves by negative thinking, they spoil
environment around & then they create mess for others.
• Because of this only, I started calling each one of them as "Brainfart".
• I hope & I am sure you must have also seen & experienced "brainfart" in
your own life.

But then, I said to myself “Phadke take a lead (without being told, without being
asked & keeping shunya - zero expectations) to create “change” and that is how
this activity of "knowledge" sharing started.

I share happiness (via knowledge, article written by me and/or comments written

by me on that article, happy news, out of the box news & so on) with others so
that they can become happy free of cost. They can learn, unlearn & relearn. They
can be unbiased.

• Everyday I read a lot and I watch whenever time permits.

• Normally my day start at 05.30 AM and ends at 12.00 in the night.
• Post to that, I asked myself why not share these wonderful thoughts,
reading, etc. with others?
• This is the trigger point that inspired me to start the activity.
• It pushes me to give others more & more {Today when you/all know every
wants more from others. But no one wants to give to others thinking that
they are going to take everything when they die} and that is how I share all
the knowledge with you/all.

Now as regards to population issue that you mentioned below as the

burning subject or bottleneck of all problems? I unable to agree. I do have a
solid data to prove my viewpoint & thinking process.

• Today whatever crowd/pull that we all are able to see in places like Pune,
Mumbai, Nashik, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Thane, Panvel & Vashi etc. in
Maharashtra and similar cities in every state.
• Reason for crowd is very simple.
• Each person always likes to work, earn, eat, sleep & entertain in his/her
hometown. But, when he/she is unable to get this in his/her hometown?
He/she starts looking outside. He/she moves. I call that as an individual war
for surviving.
• Fact cannot be ignored. Today each hometown of each individual does not
give him/her this pleasure. Point No. 1. I hope you will not disagree on this
statement.
• Let me also share another example from our home.
• Way back in 1910 or so, my grand grand father migrated from "Phanase
Khurd" village {District : Ratnagiri} and arrived in Pune city to work, to earn,
to eat, to sleep & to entertain and also offer the same benefits/comfort to
his better half & kids. He did this because "Phanase Khurd" & the entire
government machinery (established in Phanase Khurd at that time) was not
able to provide him + his family comfort that city of Pune was ready to
provide.
• Let me share another example.
• Today whatever crowd that I/we/all sees in Pune city. Be it in IT or in
manufacturing or in design studios or in food industry or in trading industry
or in BPO or in market yard? How many are real Punekar's {real citizen of
Pune. Born & brought up} working over there?
• Very less.
• Most of them are from Sangli, Satara, Kolhapur, Jalgaon, Baramati,
Aurangabad, Kolkata, Bihar, Jharkhand, UP & so on.
• All these people migrated from their own birthplace & arrived in Pune
because their own district, city, village, etc. could not give them that
pleasure to work, to earn, to eat, to sleep & to entertain.
• Today, entire Market Yard - Krishi Utpanna Bazaar is dominated by
Rajasthani Marwadi & by Gujarathi.
• Entire fruit market trading over there is dominated by Muslim community.
• Moreover, not only in Pune, but they are also controlling same business in
Kerala and in Tamil Nadu.
• So where are real Punekar?
• They are in US or in UK or in Africa or in Dubai or in Mumbai or in MP or in
UP or in Orissa or in Assam.
• So real Punekar’s are out & other Sanglikar, Baramatikar, Kolhapurkar,
Mumbaikar, Biharkar, UPkar, MPkar, etc. etc. are in.
• This situation is happening everywhere. In every state. In every district. In
every city. In every village.
• Why it is happening in every State/District/City/Village?
• Because development is happening only in certain pockets and not all
across India.
• Local people are running away from various business opportunities since
they want more money.
• Take example of Maharashtra & Mumbai. Laundry business, Marathi people
refused to do it. Milk distribution business, Marathi people refused. Selling
vegetables, Marathi people refused. Cleaning dustbin, toilet, etc., Marathi
people refused. Farming agriculture land, Marathi people refused. Trading
vegetables, fruits, pulses, etc., Marathi people refused.
• All these businesses refused by Marathi people, someone else grabbed it.
• Let me share another example of State of Kerala.
• Most of the Keralite are working for someone else (or doing their own
business) out of Kerala and not for their own home state.
• Over & above, their own home state + government machinery is not
bothered about it since independence and that is the saddest part.
• Same situation in West Bengal.
• Today if all Keralite decides to go back to their own home state? They will
not have place to stay, sleep, eat, earn & entertain.
• This rule also applies for State of Goa and to West Bengal.
• Having said this, I can also share another data of State of Maharashtra,
Rajasthan, UP, Jharkhand, MP, Chhatisgarh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra,
Page 5 of 10
Orissa, Assam, West Bengal, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, etc. where
huge kilometer of land, there is no one to look after. No one is bothered
about that land. No one is farming that land & producing agricultural
products. No one is willing to look at it. No one is keen to think out of the
box to utilize this wonderful land for a cause, for business & so on.
Everyone wants to make fast money. No one got time to wait. Patience &
tolerance level is finished. Racism already surpassed our mouth, nose &
eyes. Majority of Indian masses want more money, more luxury, more
comfort, more food, more drinks, more TV, more TV serials, more TV News,
more mobile phones, more SMS, more & more mobile talk with others &
not for self development, quick marriage, quick kids, quick divorce, more
sex, big home, more bed rooms, more bathrooms, more toilets, towel for
each, different soap, oil & shampoo for every one, different food for every
one, different perfume for every one & what not. Message is very clear.
Give me more. Give me more. Give me more. Give me more. Nevertheless,
with less efforts or no efforts.
• In turn, most of the Indians are not able to see, read & think.
• Over all, reading (books) have stopped all across India (barring those 2%
intelligent people who rule us through business) and people are only
watching TV and hearing FM *.* radio programs.
• Unfortunately, they believe what TV shows without thinking and/or without
validating whether it is true or not.
• I feel, today TV & FM Radio have become great teachers.
• In turn, real teachers & books lost their soul, value & substance.
• Today, you/all see too much of burden, stress, problems, etc. on selected
cities & but not on ever inch of Indian land.
• Facts cannot be ignored.
• Today Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata & Delhi do not represent entire India.
• Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Mumbai, Thane, Panvel, Aurangabad & Washi do not
represent entire Maharashtra.
• Bangalore & Mysore do not represent entire Karnataka.
• Chennai & Coimbatore do not represent entire Tamil Nadu.
• Cochin & Trivandrum do not represent entire Kerala.
• Kolkata alone do not represent entire West Bengal.
• Panjim & all the beaches do not represent entire Goa.
• Bhopal, Indore & Gwalior do not represent entire Madhya Pradesh.
• Lucknow, Kanpur & Meerut do not represent entire Uttar Pradesh.
• Delhi alone does not represent entire North.
• Jaipur alone do not represent entire Rajasthan.
• Ahmedabad & Vadodara do not represent entire Gujarat.
• Raipur & Steel City do not represent entire Chhatisgarh.
• Jamshedpur alone do not represent entire Jharkhand.
• Bhubaneswar alone do not represent entire Orissa.
• I hope you agree on above.
• To prove my point little more.
• One can take a tour of districts like Solapur, Latur, Parbhani, Jalna, Ratnagiri,
Wardha, Amravati, Akola, Nanded, Jalgaon, Nandurbar, Bhusaval, Gondia,
Gadchiroli & Sindhudurg (all in Maharashtra) , Phonda, Mapusa &
Farmagudi (all from Goa and all of them are no sea district), Calicut,
Farooqui, Wayanad in Kerala, Bijapur, Bagalkot, Belgaum, Dharwad, Udupi,
Mangalore, Manipal in Karnataka.
• One can see untouched land for good number of kilometers.
• I traveled (because of profession) more than 29,00,000 KM of Indian land. I
took wonderful experience of each state, city & village that I visited.
• By the way, my travel was not restricted only to urban cities but I visited
villages too.
• Entire credit goes to companies like PCL, Fujitsu ICIM, Cirrus, Modular, TVS
& iGlobe Systems.
• Because of them only, I moved around & still moving.
• Best part is, I still remember each city/village and small small things that I
observed.
• This observation art, my father forced in to my body when I was child? I
used to walk with him everyday evening & on every Sunday. He used to
walk around 20 to 25 kilometer per day {Today, at the age of 75 he drive
cycle around 25 km per day}. While waking, he used to push me & used to
ask me to read every nameplate that was hanging over the shop. He used
to push me to remember temples. He used to push me to remember
cinema theaters & drama theaters. Whenever I used to ignore? He used to
Page 7 of 10
bit me on road. I used to cry. But when I realised that nothing I can do? I
started reading & watching these nameplates, temples, theater, etc.
• At that time & in that age, I was angry & frustrated. But today, I can tell you.
My father did a great thing by pushing this art in to my body. It is helping
me in my profession as well as in my personal life.
• In turn, I can authentically talk about these facts as mentioned above.
• A huge kilometer of Indian land is wasted. Trust me and I mean it. It is not
being used for productive & meaningful purpose. No one really wants to
put efforts on this land. By the way, this is not happening today. This is
happening for long time. I really do not know how long.
• Many ones wants cooked dish. Ready made jobs. Everything like instant
tea/coffee and that is the reality.
• As a person, I am not worried about Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Indore, Delhi,
Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Patna, Nagpur, Aurangabad, etc. Masses
staying in these cities, active government machinery & active business
houses are only responsible for this mess. Blame cannot be given to Mr.
Nobody.
• Given a choice, each individual would always like to stay in his/her home
than staying in rented house. Given a choice, each individual would always
like to eat food cooked by his/her parents and/or cooked by his wife. Given
a choice, each individual would always like to stay with his/her parents than
staying alone and/or in nuclear family.
• Please note. We all are social animals. We always like to stay & roam with
our parents, our friends, etc.
• Nevertheless, do they have choices?
• Answer is no.
• Do they have earning facilities, business facilities, healthcare facilities,
entertainment facilities, sleeping facilities everywhere all across India?
• Answer is no.
• Can they expect any changes from government machinery?
• I do not think we should discuss this aspect right now for states like
Maharashtra, Goa, Kerala, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Andhra, Karnataka,
Orissa, Assam, Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Jammu &
Kashmir, Chhatisgarh, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh & Uttarakhand.
• But having said this. It is happening in Gujarat for last 12 years.
• No one wants to follow Gujarat that is another subject of discussions.
• Everyone in India and around the world, are learned & biased about Gujarat
& about Mr. Narendra Modi. But no one is ready to unlearn, relearn &
become unbiased for Gujarat & for Mr. Narendra Modi.
• Having said this, mark my words. All the wonders & wonderful things are
going to happen over here right in India.
• Everyone will see.
• Some will enjoy.
• Some will become jealous.
• Some will be frustrated.
• Some will get angry.
• But it is going to happen.
• I smell & I feel it everyday.
• Day in & day out.
• Consumerism is happening at large scale.
• It cannot be stopped now.
• Thanks to TV, thanks to Mobile & above all thanks to Internet.
• Very few will become leaders.
• Others will become consumer & in turn become victims of products & in
turn maidservants.
• Mobile, Lap Top, Desk Top, iPad, iPod, food, education, washing machine,
TV, dish washer, vacuum cleaner, cars, scooters, mopeds, games and what
not.
• Entire world & world’s smart billionaires (including smart Indians) are
arriving over here with their wealth & products.
• They are coming over here because suddenly they saw people over here,
they started spending the money & then earning the money.
• They also realised India, Indian Govt., Indian businessman are incapable to
handle this demand.
• They found gaps between demand & supply.
• They realised that they are going to earn solid wealth the way they earned
in countries like US, Japan, Germany, UK, etc.
• Mark my word.

I hope you may endorse & agree on my views.

Please also note. All these are based on facts & figures that I personally saw &
experienced.

Thanking you once again and wishing you a wonderful day ahead.

Productive & meaningful,

Sincerely I remain,

Phadke

Subject: Fw: Japan .... What makes it Great? ...... What will make it bounce back?

Dear SUBODHJI

First time writing some comments , please send your comments, because you are
my inspiration. I am forwarding this email as it is but cannot restrain my self-
comparing this situation our very own. I think the CRUX lies in The
POPULATION . The biggest enemy of INDIA is ever growing population. I Know
the supporter of INDIA Population particularly the IT people will say that INDIAS
Population is it advantages, but I really wonder how many people really goes in
to IT not EVEN 1% . NEVERTHELESS, EVERYBODY REQUIRES food , shelter
(concrete Jungle, loosing the rural touch , increasing climate etc etc)
water, good air, to breath which no body, no technology can create.
So whether we want JAPAN ( I AM NOT SAYING AMERICA ), & OR
EUROPE (HAVING TRAVELLED WHOLE OF EUROPE AND HAVING SEEN THE
Page 10 of 10
SYSTEM THEIR WHICH HAS GOT VERY LESS HUMAN DEPENDANCE I CAN
SURELY INCLUDE EUROPE) where less people BUT GOOD life. Hence, in my
opinion the biggest problem is ever increasing Population.

Following qualities well established in the country/society/office/home

make a great nation.

A wake up call for we all Indians/dreamers and hopefuls who are keen to
make India as the place for living on the entire planet.

10 things to learn from Japan

1. THE CALM - Not a single visual of chest-beating or wild

grief. Sorrow itself has been elevated.
2. THE DIGNITY - Disciplined queues for water and groceries.
Not a rough word or a crude gesture.
3. THE ABILITY- The incredible architects, for instance.
Buildings swayed but did not fall.
4. THE GRACE - People bought only what they needed for the
present, so everybody could get something.
5. THE ORDER - No looting in shops. No honking and no
overtaking on the roads. Just understanding.
6. THE SACRIFICE - Fifty workers stayed back to pump
seawater in the N-reactors. How will they ever be repaid?
7. THE TENDERNESS - Restaurants cut prices. An unguarded
ATM is left alone. The strong cared for the weak.
8. THE TRAINING - The old and the children, everyone knew
exactly what to do. And they did just that.
9. THE MEDIA - They showed magnificent restraint in the
bulletins. No sensationalizing. Only calm reportage.
10. THE CONSCIENCE - When the power went off in a store,
people put things back on the shelves and left quietly

HOPE WE BRING THESE VALUE’S IN OUR BODY & IN EDUCATION SYSTEM
