1: Six day working 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (Monday to Saturday)
2: One Medical leave allowed in a Month.
3: During Probation period three Casual leave can be taken.
4: During Probation period if found you are not meeting your KRA or
any discipline issue then we can terminate from your position on
immediate effect.
5: If more then three Casual leave and one medical leave you required
then that will be chargeable leave.
6: Your target amount is 70K in month and if you are achieving target
then incentives are below: -
Target Amount Bonus amount
70 K Nill
1 Lac 10% on above 70K target
amount
1 Lac and Above 15% on above 70k target
amount
