How to create Digital ID signature in PDF form?

Open the PDF files in Adobe Acrobat Reader and then follow the following steps

Step 1:

Click on the signature box. Shown in image below

Step 2:

Click on “Create a new Digital ID” in the popup window and click continue.
Step 3:

Click on “Save to File” and click continue as shown below.

Step 4:

Enter your full name, company name as “Arcadis Consulting India Pvt Ltd” and official email address.
Click continue.
Step 5:

Apply password to protect the Digital ID and click save.

Step 6:

Digital ID is created, click continue.

Step 7:

Check “Lock document after signing” and enter the password to insert Digital ID. Click sign.

Step 8:

Once you click sign, document will request to save location. Kindly select the location to save. Now
you can see the PDF form is Digitally signed by your “Digital ID”.
