Safety Alert –Fatal Incident –Mobile Crane ran over the contractor helper

INCIDENT
The Fatal incident occurred on
13th May 2021 at ~ 12:00 Hrs.
Activity : Shifting of the panel
packing cover (Weight - 40 Kg )
with help of a mobile crane
from shopfloor to storage yard.
The DP was walking ahead of
the front right-side wheel of
the moving crane and was very
close to it. Right side front
wheel of the crane hit the DP.
He fell-down and his lower
body was run over by the crane
before it could stop.
During the treatment at
hospital, he succumbed to the
injuries on the same day.
