Brian MacKenzie is a world-renowned strength and


conditioning coach and the innovator of the endurance /
strength and conditioning paradigm. He created
CrossFit Endurance (www.crossfitendurance.com),
which specializes in movement with an emphasis in
running, cycling, and swimming mechanics. MacKenzie
