13 SYP ULSANIC 2.5ML+0+2.5ML
14 SYP SEPTRAN DS 5ML ONCE A DAY
15 MOV CAL SACHET 1+0+1

ADVICE

MED NO 1,2 &3 –deltacortil, Tacrobel & myfortic are important medicines: Do not miss their dose.

INVESTIGATIONS
On Saturday &monday: CBC, LFTS WITH FRACTIONATED BILI AND GGT AND TAC LEVEL
LEVEL (
Tacrollimus blood level should be taken immediately the next dose is due. The interval between two doses is 12 Hours

Do not take GRAPE FRUIT and grape fruit juices
DO NOT take other painkillers like NASAIDs (Voveran / Diclofenac / Brufen) or
Erythromycin group of antibiotics.
Eat Properly Cooked food. Wash Fruits before consumption and use peeled foods.
Avoid raw salads follow the dietitian instruction given to by the hospital.
Wear mask when you visit a hospital, strangers or go to crowded places.
Maintain Proper hygiene and cleanliness at home.
In the case of Fever Diarrhea, cough or any other problem immediately contact Bahria
