He was advised to avoid spicy/fried foods, drink plenty of fluids, take a soft diet, gargle with salt water, and do steam inhalation.

    PRESCRIPTION

    Paracetamol (650mg) Meal

    IRITROS D SYRUP(syrup)
    Phenylephrine (5mg/5ml) + Chlorpheniramine
    1-1-1 After Take 5 ml - Thrice a day, after breakfast, after
    2 Maleate (2mg/5ml) + Dextromethorphan 5 ml 4 Days
    Meal lunch and after dinner, for 4 days.
    Hydrobromide (10mg/5ml)

    VITDAILY 1-0-1 Take 1 tablet - Twice a day, after breakfast and


    3 Antioxidants + Multivitamin +Multimineral 1 tablet After Meal 5 Days after dinner, for 5 days.

    TRAMAZAC INJECTION(injection) Take 2 ml - immediately, for 1 day.


    4 Tramadol (100mg) 2 ml STAT 1 Day Intramuscular

    NOTES: No drug
    Allergy ADVICE :

    • Avoid spicy / Fried foods


    • Plenty of oral fluids at least 2-3 liters of water per day
    • Take soft diet, avoid hard foods
    • Salt water gargling 1-1-1
    • Steam inhalation 1-1-1 Continue Rest
