ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FROM THE VICE-CHANCELLOR

Dear Colleagues

There is a slight modification in the login procedure to the online lecture platform.

Step 1. Go to: www.office.com

Step 2. Sign in with your institutional email address. For the password, use: Password123
as default password. The default password has capital P
PLEASE DO NOT USE “caritas12345” THAT WAS GIVEN EARLIER.

Step 3. You will be requested to update (i.e. change) the default password to your private one.

Step 4. After signing in successfully, the dashboard will open and display various icons. Click
on the “Teams” icon to open the e-learning platform. Every other process is as described
earlier.

Please forward the notice above to all the lecturers in your Dept./Unit. We are still soliciting with
HODs and Heads of academic units to help us make this effort a success. I thank the Departments
and lecturers that have indicated their intention to start their lectures on Monday, 27 July 2020.
HODs and Head of academic units should show example by starting their own online lectures and
then encourage their staff to join too. Our students are waiting for us to start.

HODs and Heads of academic units that have not submitted their course distributions for the
second semester are the ones setting us back. Please send immediately to:
