Subject: COMMENCEMENT OF E-LEARNING PROGRAMME IN CARITAS
UNIVERSITY FOR SECOND SEMESTER, 2019/2020

1. Deans of Faculty, Heads of Department and Directors are hereby informed that
arrangements are on-going for commencement of e-learning programme for the second
semester of 2019/2020 academic session.
2. Heads of Department are to, please, ensure that the following documents are ready before
mid-July 2020.
(a) Departmental lecture time-table in the usual manner.
(b) Departmental lecture allocations to academic staff.
(c) Each lecturer is to prepare their second semester lecture notes in soft copies. Every lecture
note should be prefaced with:
(i) Name of Department:
(ii) Course Code:
(iii) Course Title:
(iv) Level of Study: (e.g. 100 Level; 200 Level; etc.)
(v) Lecture Topic:
3. Documents (a), (b) and (c) in paragraph 2 are to be sent to the ICT Director via email:
ugochukwu.nwankwo@caritasuni.edu.ng
4. You are hereby also invited to a meeting as scheduled below.

5. HODs and Directors are to present their reports to the meeting about the progress made on
the subject matter of paragraph 2 above.
