TV Out (Open Case)

If a consumer is relocating to another city, upon consumer’s request, this screen can be used to transfer
such consumers to another HP Gas distributorship in that relocating city.

Path: cDCMS > Consumer Management > Domestic Consumer Management > TV Out

Process:

1. Click on ‘TV Out, a screen will be displayed as shown below.


2. All fields marked with * are mandatory.
3. Select Open Case in the drop down ‘Sub Type’ of TERMINATION INFORMATION.
4. Enter Consumer number, Or Unique Consumer ID and click ‘Fetch’.
5. Now, the consumer details will be fetched and displayed on screen as shown below.

6. Select Reason for Transfer, Transferring State, City from the respective drop downs of
‘TRANSFER LOCATION & RECOVERY STATUS”
7. Enter any additional information in Remarks column.
8. Click ‘Save’ to save the details.
9. Upon clicking on save, TV out request will be captured successfully and ‘TV number’ along with
‘Auth Code’ will be generated and displayed on screen for future purposes.

10. Click on ‘Print’ to print the TV Details as shown in above screen.
