Install Vessel Nozzles and Ancillary Modifications

Introduction

This Hazard Identification Plan (HIP) covers the work on Vessel Nozzles Installation at
Uthmaniyah GOSP-9 in relation to the schedule Turnaround (T&I) scheduled on 21
August 2005.

Scope

The work package includes installation of new additional nozzles; modification of

existing nozzles; weir extension and modification; and installation of additional ladder
rungs for vessels D-1 HPPT, D-201 HPPT, D-2 HPPT, D-402 HPTT, D-213 WOSEP,
and D-211 Dehydrator. Other associated jobs include supply of specified materials, and
site fabrication.

Purpose

This plan serves as a document subject for approval by SA Representatives for

purposes of identifying possible job hazards that may be encountered during the
execution of the scope of work. Also, safe mitigating measures are outlined in the plan
to serve as guide to supervisors and crafts personnel involved in the execution of work.
