 Payment Policy
Price Setting
When submitting a course, you will be prompted to select a base price for your course from a list of available
price tiers. This selected price plus applicable taxes will display as “gross price” of your course on the
platform.

Transaction Taxes
GST will be levied as applicable under law, and we will collect and remit the GST to the competent tax
authorities for those sales. We may increase the sale price at our discretion where we determine that such taxes
may be due.

Revenue Share
When a student purchases your course, we calculate the gross amount of the sale as the amount actually
received by GrowthCentralVC from the student ("Gross Amount"). From this, we subtract any Transaction
Taxes, to calculate the net amount of the sale ("Net Amount").

GrowthCentralVC will keep 40% (which includes our costs like marketing expenses, payment collection charges,
operational expenses and other overheads) of the Net Amount less any applicable deductions, and allocate the
remaining to your account. If we change this payment rate, we will provide you a notice via email or by posting
a notice through our Services. This pricing is valid for the first 30 courses by a single Tutor.

 FAQs
1. How many different courses can I create at a time? Is there a limit to it?

There is no limit to it. You can create as many courses as you want to. Having multiple courses to start
with helps us explore different pricing strategies.

2. What if my course content falls short of the recommended number of hours?

That is not a problem these are just recommended number of hours. We can work with less or more
number of hours as well.

3. Will Growth Central VC supervise the recording?

We will provide a few guidelines to create the course. Following these will help us market the course
better and make it more interesting and helpful for students.

4. How much time will be given to the course Tutor for recording all the three
parts?

How much time you take to create the course is up to you. From our previous cohort based courses we
can say that if you have the script ready it is possible to create the course in just one weekend!
