In This Version
This release contains support for new and updated file formats. There are updates for
most technologies that Analyzer supports, with changes falling under the following
categories:

 Technology improvements:
o 5G Scanner support in Rohde & Schwarz ROMES4;
o eMTC (Qualcomm) attributes added for DRX timers;

 New collections of devices and improvements:

o AzenQOS LTE-Advanced carrier aggregation, CSFB & GSM support added;
o TEMS Route Reader API 20.1.2 added, supporting TEMS Investigation
20.1.2 and TEMS Pocket 20.1.1;
o Nemo improvements for per EARFCN scanner attributes, and DSummary
calculations;
o Rohde & Schwarz ROMES4 18.2 support;
o Solutelia WINd-Pro support for v1.0.10 with MOS, FTP and HTTP
improvements;

 Application layer improvements:

o Array attribute support for Text Imports;

 Platform improvements:
o Windows 10 build 1803 improvements to licensing

 Initial support for 5G-NR scanner measurements from R&S ROMES4 (* requires
LTE-Advanced-Pro platform license)

Accuver XCAL support

 Resolved an issue where invalid values for EcNo and RSCP were being set.

Freewill AzenQOS (AZL) support

 Resolved a problem with setting LTE-Advanced attributes for PDSCH Serving Cell
ID (*_Carrier_0).

 Resolved a problem with some missing attributes:

o LTE_UE_WideBand_CQI_Average
o LTE_UE_MIMO_2TB_MCS_Cwd[0|1]_DL
o LTE_UE_RB_Num_[DL|UL]

Freewill AzenQOS (AZM) support

 Support added for Carrier Aggregation, CSFB and GSM voice call event detection

 Resolved an issue with calculating negative values of RTP_Num_Packet_Lost.

The number is now only calculated within the context of the same call ID.

InfoVista TEMS support

 Support added for TEMS Route Reader API version 20.1.2. This now supports
TEMS Investigation 20.1.2, TEMS Pocket 20.1.1, TEMS Paragon / Sense / Voyager
2.1.1

 Changes to the TEMS Route Reader mean that the attribute

TEMS_DNS_HostNameResolutionTime is now set from the Total Resolution
Time information element in the DNS Message.

 Resolved a problem where LTE_Scan_RSSI_For_EARFCN[] array was missing

certain carriers.

 Added new “per antenna” attributes:

o LTE_UE_RSSI_Ant_0/1/2/3_For_PCI
o LTE_UE_RSRP_Ant_0/1/2/3_For_PCI
o LTE_UE_RSRQ_Ant_0/1/2/3_For_PCI
o LTE_UE_SINR_Ant_0/1/2/3_For_PCI

 Support added for Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (SM-G935T) device.

 Improvements to file load speed.

Keysight Nemo support
 Resolved a problem in the format groups for Nemo_DREQ_Viber_Operation and
Nemo_DREQ_Instagram.

 All information elements in the DSummary message have now been decoded, and
positioned at the final DCOMP message of the related task.

 Resolved a problem in the decode of EVS primary codecs.

 Support added for the automatic extraction of “per EARFCN” arrays for the DL
Allocation message (under Vendor Specific > Nemo > Scanner):

 Resolved a problem with inconsistent SINR array attribute mapping from

Qualcomm and Samsung chipsets, for carriers, EARFCNs and Antennae.

 General decode speed improvements.

Rohde & Schwarz ROMES4 support

 Added initial support for 5G-NR scanner data.

o
 Added support for ROMES4 18.2 version files – further contents of 18.2 specific
features shall be added in subsequent releases.

Rohde & Schwarz QualiPOC/SmartBenchmarker support

 Resolved a problem with setting LTE_UE_MSC_Average_UL values incorrectly.

Solutelia WINd-Pro support

 Support added for LAA and up to 5 CC Carrier Aggregation. (Note: LAA-specific
attributes require LTE-Advanced-Pro platform license).

 Support added for v1.0.8 - v1.0.10:

o MOS score setting
o Task_File_Name, Task_Server_URL and Task_File_Size are now
being set for FTP and HTTP tasks. For FTP DL tasks, the Task_File_Size
is set as the task-end event.
o Multi-session task scenario support, up to 5G upload filesizes.
o Event_Task_Start is triggered at the FTP initial setup request of the Test
Event message.

 New IndoorOutdoor_Walk attribute is set at the indoor / outdoor transition

event.

 Resolved a problem where a customer file from v1.0.9 was not loading correctly.

 Resolved a problem with memory usage during GPS interpolation.

Application Layer Improvements

Spotlight
 Resolved a problem where > 100% of points were reported as outside serving cell
beamwidth.

Superstreaming
 The superstream time offset dialog now only accepts numerical time offset values.

 The dialog box has been extended with the horizontal scrollbar to cater for long
filenames.

Text Import
 Support added for multiple array attributes to be imported through the same
template.

 Support added for skipping columns in the import source file.

Platform Improvements

Diagnostics
 Windows 10 versions are now fully supported in the Diagnostics tool.

Licensing
 Resolved a problem with detecting physical activated USB dongles on Windows 10
build 1803.

Protocol Stack Browser

 Resolved a problem where previously switching between 2 streams sometimes
caused the PSB to become unusable.
