Sample Email ( needs to be adjusted according to the firm)

Dear Mr./Mrs. Xyz,

I am writing to you on behalf of the King's Business Club from King's College London. We
are the largest student-led Business and Finance society in London.

Every year the club organises two business-related insight trips, where a selected group of
students take part in visits to high profile companies around the world. In the first week of
April 2020, we are planning an international business trip to Berlin, Germany. The purpose of
this visit is to provide our members with insights, concerning the significance of Germany as
a part of the global economic scene. Germany, being the fourth largest economy in the world
and a major international center of business, research, tourism and creative industries.

We would be extremely grateful if you would be willing to host a group of 10-15 students at
your company. A visit or a networking event at your company would help our students
immensely as they will learn about how different workspaces operate and thus will increase
their knowledge as well as appetite for their future endeavours.

and show interest in their work). Feel free to make changes to the sample
email if you feel something can be added/removed.
2. Please mention their contact details too in this document. It would be
more efficient if we target a particular person working in the company.
We would be able to find that on their website or LinkedIn.
3. Please keep a proper track of the emails (cc me in the emails too). If we
do not get a response from them within a week, we would need to mail
them again.
4. We would need to send all the emails out by this Friday before they
get busy during the Christmas Break.
