EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Background
It’s the project of new product development. It’s a well-known fact that to take an initiative is always much complicated and time
requiring activity. We gave our days and nights to this team-based project in finding out the problems of a common man & their
solutions, stormed our brains in giving new ideas for we deeply considered the following four overlapped aspects for this new
product development project;

Wall-E is wallet, like any other wallet, Its a personal accessory, which is used to carry personal belongings such as cash,
transactional cards, transit cards, photographs, gift cards, and many other things. However, in the event loss of these wallets, their
location can be tracked down by users with the help of Bluetooth or GPS connectivity. These wallets are compatible with
smartphones and other wireless technology-enabled digital devices, including tablets and personal digital assistants

Market Problem:
We all have suffered from the loss of our wallets at the time of urgency, and have wondered what if I could ring my wallet to find it
immediately. To actualize this concept, we are using cutting edge technology to design and manufacture elegant and futuristic wallet
to find its place in your pocket.

Market Opportunity:
World is moving towards technology rapidly, so we are providing a product which is infused with technology. In our local market,
No one providing such type of product. It’s a great opportunity to introduce this type of product in a market.
COMPANY INTRODUCTION
AAZAL GADGETS is a Limited Liability Company (L.L.C) having 5 partners who will make the board of directors of the
company.
The company’s inception was made in Oct 2019, and the company is dedicated to developing innovative gadgets for men and
women.
Currently, Wall-E is in the final stages of developing several innovative smart products for men and women to be released on
March 2020.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Wall-E – A smart wallet, that connects to your phone and send you a notification wherever or whenever you leave it behind.
Wall-E is made of genuine leather and is dust-proof and water splash proof. It has 6 slots for credit card/ID and 2 cash pocket.

We are targeting two things in our product. Leather and Technology.

Leather :

 Leather industry is the second largest industry in Pakistan.

 Due to smuggling of livestock from the country and deteriorating energy, water and gas
crisis, this sector is facing decline in supply of raw materials

 A.T.S Synthetic (PVT) Ltd., Al-Muqeet Enterprises, Amin Feroz Group etc.

 Ministry of Commerce has formulated Strategic Trade Policy Framework (STPF) 2012-15
in which ad hoc relief to the tanning industry.

Hardware

 We will perform research in our local market to find the required hardware.

 We have more options to imports from China and shall be explored in detail.

Software

 We have a lot of manpower is available within Lahore related to software development.

 One of the members of our board of directors belongs to this field, We will work on
Bluetooth devices and will integrate that with Android/IOS APP’s.

several alternatives we chose carry-on gadgets and further narrowing down to
wallets for men and women.

What? Wall-e: A leather wallet infused with two-way communication sensor that can
stay connected to your phone all the time. When out of range and disconnected user
will be reminded to check for wallet and simultaneously wallet will produce sound
alarm for easy tracking.

 When? This is an existing and undiscovered demand for our product and with a little
effort, awareness can be created for this.

 Why? To save time at the time of urgency which might be wasted in finding the lost
or misplaced wallet.

 Where? Our product is needed everywhere by everyone as it is a must item you need
to keep your valuables in. The problem of forgotten wallet or theft exists with
everyone but looking at the availability of our resources we decided to place our
product in the big cities only.

 Who? We have identified above that need exists in big cities only, but the actual
demand exists with professionals and married people who may miss their
appointments or important meetings.

Promotion and Placement:


• For online existence a webpage will be developed in parallel with Instagram and Facebook. We shall use google ad-
sense to target the users of social media.
• Once our product is finalized and production is in process, we will do elaborate branding and do publicity using print
media, digital media, target superstores and shopping malls.
• We will place our product at different outlets of brands that sell gadgets and accessories e.g. clothing brands that work in
this niche of leather products, etc.
• We will create mobile app for discounts and updates on our new projects / products. Customers will be able to place their
order for customized wall-e for gifting purpose. Our app will also allow customers to give feedback and suggestions for
future R&D.
• We will collaborate with delivery services like DHL, Fed-ex, TCS, Leopard etc. for home delivery purpose.

Pricing:
• Initially we will calculate the prices to achieve breakeven in 12 months considering all our expenses in this period.
Later-on after brand awareness is developed, we will start by adding small percentage to price e.g. 5 – 10% for
future development.
