By signing this form, I undertake the responsibility to submit a Valid Study visa for the
University of Johannesburg, to the Division for Internationalisation, before the
31 March 2021.

If I fail to provide the Division with the sufficient documentation, I understand that the
University will cancel (de-register) my studies immediately and that my registration
cannot be activated again.

I will not hold the Division for Internationalisation (University of Johannesburg) liable if I
fail to submit these documents in time.
