LARPCRAFT SHASHED PLAYER TRAINING CLASS

LarpCraft developed a consistent set of criteria for our players to train and become approved
sashed players for our Larp events. This process will be utilized by all LarpCraft chapters
worldwide to provide a rigorous approval process and ongoing training for our players.
Requirements
 5 separate training sessions with the 1st session being 1 hour long
 Each session after the 1st session are a minimum of ½ hour long
 If sessions 2, 3, 4, and 5 are longer than a ½ hour long, it is good practice but only a ½
hour can be logged
 Multiple session cannot be conducted in the same day – the promotes retention and
commitment to being a sashed player
 In addition, our approved sashed players must continue to participate in a ½ long sashed
player training session every 3 months.

Process
The process does not guarantee that a player will receive sashed player approval. Training
requirements must be met in addition to demonstrating good judgment, skills, performance,
participation, and attitude during the training process. The local LarpCraft Chapter retains the
right to lengthen training requirements for players as needed to consistently demonstrate and
meet performance requirements.
