selling value and an alternative to increase shelf life compared to fresh fruit

with a stirring system and automatic temperature control is to design the shape,

In making this machine the author uses the design method of VDI 2222,
concept selection uses the Stuart Pugh method, image software uses Solidworks
2020 and work images use ISO standards. From the method that the author uses,
the design results are obtained.
The results of the calculation on the frying tube produce an outer tube
diameter (do) of 300.4 mm, an inner tube diameter (in) of 298 mm, with an oil
capacity for frying of 14.5 liters and a material storage rack resulting in the length
/ height of the tube. semicircle of 300 mm and a diameter of 200 mm for a maximum
material capacity of 1.5 kg on each frying pan. The calculation results of the engine
elements using a DC electric motor with a power of 37.68 Watts, the diameter of
the pipe shaft (main shaft) is 3/4 "or 19.05 mm and the type of bearing used is a
single row ball bearing with the bearing number 6804, while The bill of material
used to make this machine is IDR 3,390,110.64.
