➼ Welcome to my terms and service, please take the time to read!

➼ Thank you for considering my commissions!

♡ PAYMENT ♡

➼ My pricing is based on what I believe my art to be worth,

accounting for how long it takes me to create artwork and the
amount of effort I put into it.

➼ USD Currency through PayPal or Zelle is my expected way of

payment.

➼ I will not start a commission until it is fully paid for

upfront.

➼ No address is required when paying.

♡ REFUNDS ♡

➼ If I have not started your commission, you may cancel it and I

will refund you in full.

➼ If I can no longer work on or otherwise provide your

commission for any reason.

➼ If I failed to include something that you specifically and

clearly communicated to me, and the commission is largely
incorrect and unfixable as a result.

➼ Scenarios other than what is stated above will not be

refunded.

♡ GENERAL ♡

➼ Please contact me via email at ashicommissions@gmail.com to

initiate a commission! I’m only available through discord and
email, so please include a discord tag if you have one in your
form.

➼ Specific, concise descriptions are required if you do not

provide a reference. Please do not be vague with communicating
what you want me to draw. Tell me if there are specific poses or
things you have in mind. References for character designs and
poses are greatly appreciated.

➼ I will restate your own words to confirm that the description

you provided is what will be created.

➼ You may ask to see the progress of your commission whenever.

➼ You may use your commissioned artwork in anyway that falls

under PERSONAL USE, not commercial. In other words, you may not
profit off of my artwork. Printing it in some form for yourself
is okay.

➼ If you wish to post my artwork on a social media, please

credit me via my website, it would greatly appreciated <3

➼ As I retain the rights to finalized artwork, any work

commissioned from me is subject to being posted anywhere online.

➼ I will finish commissions in a queue, and wait times may be

affected based on how busy said queue is.

➼ I retain full right to refuse/cancel any commission without

providing a reason.

➼ Please keep my signature present anywhere the artwork is used.

♡ COMMISSION PROCESS ♡

➼ Sketch: I will send you the finished sketch, from here, you
can request any minor edits (facial expression, hair length,
etc.) that will not drastically change the sketch (i.e. do not
ask me to change the pose entirely).

➼ Lineart (if requested) and flat colors: Changes to the color

pallete may be requested, but the sketch may no longer be
altered.

➼ Full Coloring and Rendering: No changes may be made at this

point.

♡ WILL NOT DRAW ♡

➼ I am not taking NSfW commissions, and that means anything that

falls into the NSFW category (nudity, excessive blood, etc.).

➼ Furry/Feral Designs

➼ Mechanical/Machine Designs

➼ Overly Complex/Complicated Backgrounds + Designs (X) (I will

decide whether or not a design falls into this category)

➼ Eldery, very muscular (X), or over-sexualized designs (X).

➼ Anything otherwise offensive or inappropriate.

♡ MY ARTSTYLE ♡

➼ All artwork is done digitally (no physical copy).

➼ Lineart is not in my general artstyle, but you may request a

lined piece if desired.

➼ I’m definitely preferenced towards drawing females, but I will

not flatly refuse a commission of the opposite gender.

➼ I can draw in a more anime-oriented style or a more

semi-realistic style, please tell me which is preferred.

➼ Please specify the little things about your characters! Eye

shape, body proportions, head shape, etc.

♡ EXTRA FEES ♡

➼ Additional Character (max is 5 characters) will be half the

original commission’s price added on.

➼ Complex perspectives/poses may also increase a commission’s

price, as they are more difficult to draw.

➼ If a deadline is requested and granted, it may further

increase the final price.
