This folder ajit will be show in the private tab we can also take outbox,inbox in place of ajit

Choose Distrubution list

After click drop down of receipnt we will get the below screen
We can add as much as mail id or user in the receipnt with receipent type distribution lists so that
whenever we can use that distribution list ajit a mail will trigger to them those user has been
assigned in that distribution list ajit .Otherwise we can choose internal user and give the internal
user id for external mail id also same process .

This is the option where we can send the mail and attachment to the user by the help of distribution
list

In the private folder my distribution list will be show

One is for attachment and one foe sending the mail
Here give the distribution list
After sent this message that will reach to those user and they can watch this mail here and in the
mail or SOST transaction .

The user can also replay this mail in the sap front in below screen

We also also use the distribution list in the background job
