• When the phone is configured for TEMS Pocket, Radio Flags has the
value zero (“0”). This must be changed to “20000”.

• Press the Menu button and select Write to commit the change.
• Restart the phone.

For this Qualcomm chipset based device, in addition to the main device driver
(compare section 4.10), you need to install some extra PC software to expose
the device’s diagnostic ports in Windows:
• IP Pass Through Tool
• IP Pass Through Driver.
These can be downloaded from  support.verizonwireless.com.
