• Click the link in the welcome email. It will take you to this login page1:

• Click the Password Finder link.

• Enter your email address and press Submit.
• You will now receive another email. In that email, click the text that reads
“this link”.
• Enter your email address and pick a password as instructed on the web
page. Note that the email address must be entered in lowercase.

You are taken to a page titled Download Central Home.
