INTRODUCTION

Many system have been developed to make life easier. This application is attempt to
automate some of manual tasks of a person who visits a doctor for treatment and goes
through the entire medication process and gets cured. Users/patients can get registered in our
application by providing their personal and health care details. In case of emergency to any
patient they can get the treatment done in their home/current location by providing the
description of the health problem through video call. This application provides an easy way
to keep track on your health in the form of case-sheets. Case-sheet is a record of your health
conditions like last treatment details. By using these case sheets we also provide a service
which provides monthly check-ups to the aged and ill people. If in case of severe emergency
then such conditions can be treated faster by selecting the option provided as “Emergency
Condition”. The user can also take appointments to any particular doctor at any instance of
time.

OBJECT OF THE STUDY/ PROJECT

 The main objective of this system is to get the useful treatment for the patients at the
right time without any difficulty
 it also helps the doctors who have shut down the clinics due to covid reasons so that
they can treat the patience virtually through video call and diagnose them also can
earn through this application
 The doctors need not have to fear for treating the patients ,as they are not interacted
physically they are connected virtually through video call and treat the patients more
efficiently
 Mainly in this app the patient need not wait in the clinic or hospital holding the tokens
of their turn to get treated, they instead have to book their time, date and day in the
slots and get diagnose easily with their respected doctor
 Reduce the manual work and to get the records easily. It builds a good interaction
between the doctors and the patients.
 It gives the notification for the intake of the medicines through the server.

 It also helps in keeping data of the patient medical history

EXISTING SYSTEM

Normally in the hospitals or clinics the patients have to wait for their turn holding their
tokens for hours with the other patients as well this increases the risk of being infected easily,
this even infect the doctors as well. When miss-takes are made or changes or correction are
needed, often a manual transaction must be completely redone rather than just updated. With
manual or partially automated systems information often has to be written down and copied
or entered more than once systematization can reduce the amount of duplication of data entry.
Another impact of manual systems in on customer enquirers. Customer queries are not
responded on time in manual system, queries may involve appointment, doctor’s availability,
queries about dosage of pill etc. There is application is incorporate to search nearby medical
store, labs and hospital etc. and also emergency request for ambulance service.

LIMITATIONS OF THE EXISTING SYSTEM

 No notification is provided
 Manual work may lead to errors
 Less efficient
 Doctor’s availability is not known properly
 Finding an appointment is difficult

MOTIVATION

Motivation is convergent to the hospitals and clinics. The scope of the system will involve
admin, doctor and patients who visit the clinic. The doctor will diagnose the patients and give
the medicines while the admin will manage specializations.

PROPOSED SYSTEM

Web related technologies have opened great opportunity for health care which providers, who
are interested in cutting costs, offering convenience to consumer, and improving patients-
physician relationship through our application and it is very beneficial for a clinic/doctor.
Mainly in this app the patient need not wait in the clinic or hospital holding the tokens of
their turn to get treated, they instead have to book their time, date and day in the slots and get
diagnose easily with their respected doctor. It stores complete details starting from the patient
treatment and going through the entire medication process until getting cured. The important
is user can take the specialized appointment. The patients are notified about the medicines
suggested by doctors and its dosage to their application profile.in this application user can
send emergency request and nearby search of medical store, labs etc. The objective s and
goals of the system are to improve the management process in clinic and the same way to
improve process of recording data and data retrieval through online.

ADVANTAGE OF PROPOSED SYSTEM:

 This application provides an easy way to get the health care service by sitting in home
and taking the appointment with a doctor is made online.
 Easy record maintenance of patient’s health reports.
 Push notification for reminding about the diet plan pill during consuming time
 Monthly check-ups service facility is provided through this application.
 Time saving and useful application for such users who are busy with other daily
works and unable to visit doctors.
 Get emergency ambulance service by user current location

 Patients can take appointment with the specialized doctors who have been categorized
according to their specialized field
 The patients can virtually interact with the specialized doctors through video call and
get diagnose easily
 After treatment of patient doctor can fill the treatment details and health condition by
using user id
  After treatment of patient doctor can fill the medicine, diet plan, and next routine
check-up reminder by using user id
 Modify profile (avail time information)
 Doctor can lookup patient health information by using user id
 Doctors can respond for user/patients messages and give some suggestions.
MEDICAL SERVICE
 Register medical service provider information
 Response for user request. ADMIN
 Registering a doctor, it includes all basic details of doctor
 Post the medical store, ambulance and lab information with specified location and
required information
