TASK #1 : Short Answer

I chose to talk about Netflix. It is an american multinational streaming platform with a wide range of
movies and TV shows. This company is omnipresent on every social media and has its own way to
interract with customers and people, especially on Twitter. The Community Manager is very active,
always posting about new movies or TV shows coming up, but not only. The CM also like to follow
the trends on this social media by posting humoristic content, respond to people with images of
movies and other content, etc. They also put some post where people can ask any kind of question
concerning the upcoming content and they will answer every comments for an hour. Moreover they
have now one of the biggest community (with over twelve milions and a half followers) and I think
the way they manage their social media life is one of the reasons. Basing on their online presence, I
would definitly become one of their customers. They know how to be serious and fun, and this is
something interesting to see that such a big company can stay humble by doing that.

Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing to express my interest in the position of Retail depot seasonal customer service at LCBO
that was advertise on linkedin website on July 17, 2021. I am currently studying business at ILAC
International College in Toronto. As I am improving my customer service skills, I am certain I could
use my abilities to support you for this job.

I have an Economic and Social degree, I learn fast and I know how to adapt either to people or
business strategy. I also managed a team in constructions sites all over France, I am really confident
doing teamwork and taking initiative when needed.

In my present role as international student I am learning a lot about Candian’s workplace and I want
to apply what I was teached. Coming from France, I am bilingual and I also manage Spanish, which
could be very useful for a good customer service.

In addition, my previous experience during an internship in Customer Service helped me realize I was
multi-task and able to work in a stressful environment. I can adapt in every situations and still be
able to stay focus and work.

These are the reasons why I believe our collaboration can be successful.
