DISCUSSION

1. Which of the anilmals do you think is the most similar to human beings? Why?

> For me I think monkeys because there are some beliefs that we humans come from the
monkeys but the theory is we are not came from the monkeys we are came from our parents. I said
that monkeysis the most similar to human beings because sometimes we have the same
personalities just like being good, bad, aggressive and etc.

2. Now try to be more specific. How do human beings differ from other species in terms of:

• Brain

> Human have the largest cerebral cortex of all mamal, relative to the size of their brains. Birds,
fish and reptiles, in comparison, have smaller cerebral cortexes relative to the size of their brains. So
a bigger brain doesn’t necessarily mean a smarter animal. It’s all in ratio.

• Language and Symbols

> Some animals use signs, signals, or sounds to communicate while human communication
consist of both signals and symbols.

• Social Life

> Human beings are social animals, someone’s social life one of the most important influneces
on their mental and physical health. Without positive, durable relationship, both minds and bodies can
fall apart. Animal Social behaviour, the suite of interactions that occur between two or more individual
animals, usually of the same species, when they form simple aggregations, cooperate in sexual or
parental behaviour, engage in disputes over territory and access to mates, or simply communicate
across space.

3. Can animals be responsible for the consequences of their actions?

> Yes, because they are part of our nature they must face there consequences and do their
responsibility in order to balance their social life or balance our nature. If there is

no animals our nature don’t exist and don’t preserve so animals is importantant to our nature.
