Report on Salesforce Assignment.

Salesforce trailhead is a great way to learn the ways to convey the information to the

potential customers with the help of the technology.

Audience Segmentation: Audience segmentation provides a detailed study of making different

parts of the customers so that the information could be sent according to the customer’s

preferences and interests with the help of the marketing cloud or by importing information from

the point of sales. With this, the organization can send about the necessary information to the

right person, according to the subgroup. In the future, this will help me in my business to grow

the customer base and get in touch with the customers.

Email Marketing Strategy: Email marketing strategy helps to understand the bullet-points by

which the information that is to be sent could become more eye-catching and exciting that the

reader will open the email and read the stuff or even respond back. This helped me to gain the

knowledge of things that the audience feel eye-catching like the person’s name or the rewards or

discounts in the subject line or any static or dynamic figures. As a manager, it will help me to

convey the information to the customers in an efficient way and promote the products.

Email Creation and Sending: Email creation and sending, conveys the idea of gathering the

subscriber’s data either by importing or manually, and make the content useful with the help of

content builder and check how it gets presented before sending to the audience. It helped me to

understand how a bulk amount of audience can be addressed with the help of technology, and the

content can be made effective with the help of applications like content builders. In the future,

this will help me not to spend too much time on the making and testing of the content.
