STRESS-FREE LIFESTYLE: A KEY TOWARDS BETTER MENTAL HEALTH AND PRODUCTIVITY AT WORK

Hello everyone, I’m your speaker for today and we are going to be talking about stress free lifestyle. I
believe that in order to have a stress free life is to remove all negative things that can affect you
physically and mentally. It is not as easy as it sounds but with effective steps and efficient procedures
you will have a successful stress free life. First of all, I thought that in order to achieve this you just have
to think positively, well, part of it, yes but it is not enough, it will never be with the negativity that
surrounds you, your positive mind and optimism will crumble. Take risk and say to yourself ‘you can do
this’. True friends will guide and be with you through this. Don’t be afraid to lose those who wouldn’t,
they do not deserve you. Forgive and forget, do not curse them because if you do, you have also cursed
yourself with the endless pain in your heart with the memory of their wrongs to you. So, it is important
to leave those who gives you insecurities, anxiety, and many more that can affect you. Surround yourself
with those who values you and cares for you to ease yourself and have a peace mind. With that first step
finish, we move on to loving thyself. Remember that you are valid, you are important and you are loved.
You don’t have to make everyone like you, it’s their choice, what your choice is loving yourself,
remember you can please anyone because as much as you like them they may or may not like you back.
Love yourself first before actually loving someone else because if you did you know your worth in the
relationship, you know what to do for your sake. Taking care of yourself, getting yourself out of bed,
feed yourself, rewarding yourself for small achievements you do everyday. Putting yourself first, before
anyone. Now that may seem selfish, but it actually is not, not everyone should be first than your well-
being. Valuing everyone you love is a must but loving yourself first is only fair. You don’t have to feel
obligated to always take care of them because they can do it for their selves. A lot of energy would be
exerted in this step of taking care of you, but trust me, it is worth it and that is because you are worth it.
With this step being succeeded, we move on the next step, which is allowance, to allow yourself to try
new things. Let yourself experience things you have wanted to try. You can have one day of just thinking
about you and only yourself. It’s not a sin and it’s definitely not being selfish. It’s a matter of treating
yourself a queen or King and give yourself the care it needs. Thinking of yourself before anyone else is
self worth and self love. Make new set of friends, allowing yourself to bloom once again after
heartbreaks you have conquered. Try something new for a change. Let your past stay in the past. Do not
let your hurtful past haunt you forever. Your present and future is what matters most right now. Look
forward and not step backwards. For me personally, these steps to a healthy life, mentally and
physically, are very hard, I should know as I have mental problems which I have yet to beat. But always
know that no matter how hard it is, there’s still people can talk to. Friends and family to share some
personal hardships you only share with yourself. It may be difficult to open up but if you no judgement
upon them hearing your story, then that is one friend right there. Someone who tries to understand you
is as special as your first kiss. Never lose a friend that is such because that helps a lot if you want a stress
free life. Friends and family that builds you up are precious and should be treasured for eternity. Three
steps, three major steps to a stress-free life. First was to let all negativity be gone and just vanished like
it did not exist along with those people who caused it but never wish something awful upon them.
Second step is taking care of yourself. Put yourself first before anything else, love yourself. Lastly is
allowing oneself to experience new things and you will have your desired stress-free lifestyle. Now take
these steps and treat yourself as a goddess, a fine person who is strong, bold, and caring to people with
good intentions. Now do yourself a favor and love yourself like no one could because no one is going to
love you like how you do it. It will be hard but if you believe in yourself enough, you can do all things.
Just believe and it will come true with your hard work and prayers, it surely will. Just believe.

Stress-free lifestyle: a key towards a better mental health and productivity at work

Good morning beautiful ladies and handsome men, today I want to share with you some tips on how to
deal with your stress. Our theme is “Stress-free Lifestyle: A key Towards Better Mental Health And
productivity at work “. But before we proceed I know all of us suffering from stress, and did you know
that there are so many types of stress? Yes you heard it right there are many types of stress. Okay let’s
go to those types of stress.

First, Cataclysmic stressors Stress brought by sudden disastrous which affect many people at the same
time. Second is Situational stressors. Events that arise from a variety of situations happen within the
person's everyday life. Third is Physical stressors. Stressors that make people feel physically
uncomfortable. Fourth is Emotional stressors. Disturbing and upsetting feelings or emotions. Fifth is
Intellectual stressors. Stressors that challenge or affect the intellect or the ability of the person to think
or reason out critically. Sixth is Social stressors. Stress is coming from demands posted by family
members and the society. Seventh is Spiritual stressors. These are types of stress that come from
conflicts between moral beliefs, ethical, and personal beliefs.

Now you know the different types of stress, you can identify what type of stress you’ve been suffering
with and let me share you some tips to cope up with those stress. If you have a Cataclysmic Stress here
are some tips for you. Limit exposure to images of the disaster, watching or reading news about the
event over and over again will only increase your stress, do something positive, give blood, prepare
“care packages” for people who have lost relatives or their homes or jobs, or volunteer in a rebuilding
effort. Helping other people can give you a sense of purpose. Next if you have Situational Stress here are
some tips for you. Take care of yourself. Eat healthy, well-balanced meals. Talk to others, share your
problems and how you are feeling and coping with a parent, friend, doctor, or pastor. And for those
people who are suffering from Physical Stress here are some tips for you. Exercise. Working out regularly
is one of the best ways to relax your body and mind. Meditation, acupuncture, massage therapy, even
breathing deeply can cause your body to produce endorphins. Emotional Stress and Intellectual Stress
are stress that hit some of the teen-ager now a days so here are some tips for you. Relaxing physical
activities such as yoga or tai chi can help to work your body while relaxing your mind, learning to accept
certain things for what they are is vital to reducing emotional stress levels. For those who suffer Social
Stress here are some tips for you. Read a few pages of a good motivational/spiritual book instead of
scrolling to your social media accounts, always be open to learning and the best learning comes while
dealing with tough situations. Last is Spiritual Stress so here are some tips for you. Create a sense of
quiet, stillness, and peace, seek out a trusted adviser or friend who can help you discover what's
important to you in life.

Now you know how to deal with any types of stress let us share to our friends what we learned to
help them too. But if you have strong feelings that won’t go away or if you are troubled for longer than
four to six weeks, you should seek professional help.
Stress-free Lifestyle may seem impossible, but there are specific things you can do to begin eliminating
sources of stress. The first step to live a stress-free life is to stop overanalyzing imaginary scenarios.
Don’t take on the other people problems. When you frequently take other people’s problem, you get
into the habit of enabling. Let’s get clear the definition of enabling: enabling is the art of continuing to
take responsibility for other people. Therefore their problems will be your responsibility. Focus on what
you have, not what you don’t. Be thankful for what you have because not all have what you have, when
you focus to the things that you don’t have it will ruin your decision and also your life. Stop surrounding
yourself with people who don’t make you happy. It’ so good to surrounds by the people who accept
your flaws and people who have shared interests. Find a job that makes you feel good. You don’t have
to stay at a job just because it pays you higher. Go for the job that make you comfortable and enjoying
your work, it’s more fun and less stress if you stay at the job you love. Your life is your life, means live
the way you want to live. You make ridiculous mistakes and you’re fear of something but try to be you,
try to face them, and let your mistakes teach you a lesson.
