So, we see More than a million babies are born every year in Bangladesh. And
these are only newborns - there are still babies, preschoolers, schoolchildren,
and teenagers. We see a lot of shops online for men and women. But for
children? Not many. 

Parents want to be reassured while they are buying products for their babies.
They don’t want to compromise with the quality. But if we look at the current
scenario of the online baby shops in bD we will notice there are not a lot of online
shops available for babies and the existing ones are not very trustworthy. They
are often over priced with low quality goods. Also, these days parents/customers
look for products that are not harmful to our environment.

Now lets come to our main business idea called babify. Babify is an online
shop for baby products. It sells 100% qualityful authentic baby products in a
reasonable price. It has a versatile baby product range. Being
environmentally friendly is just the cherry on top.
Babify will initially come as an app because A well-designed mobile app
can perform actions much quicker than a mobile website. Apps usually
store their data locally on mobile devices, in contrast to websites that
generally use web servers. ... Apps can further save users' time by storing
their preferences, and using them to take proactive actions on users'
behalf.

Next: what are the circumstances in my favour in setting up the business?

Online businesses are more popular these days, specially because of

the pandemic. Everything is getting digitalized. So theres an
opportunity to increase sells by selling online.

One of the big advantages of running an online business is that we

can save a lot money from not having to set up a lot of offices.
This way administrative expenses are avoided.
 A 24/7 running online business is a big advantage for connecting to the
customers. No customer wants to wait for a business to help with their
query.

You can literally run an online business from anywhere in the world. No
restrictions or extra barriers. And also a big opportunity to expand the
business globally.

If we talk about the window of oppurtunty for the startup, babify is ready to
enter the market. Because It is an unique idea with very few competitors.
As online shopping is very in trend these days, sales are not going to be
harmed if good promotions are available. The target audience of an
online children clothing store is moms or people with average income
level. With proper arrangements, if babify is launched in a few months, it
can serve as one of the nest in the market.

and customers.

Install the babify app on your phone or tablet. Next signup using your
phone number/email address. Then a verification code will be sent to your
phone to verify your indentity. Next, on the app search for your desired
products, you can also choose from the categories. Next, add the product
to cart and select the buy now option. Next fill up your delivery information
and payment method (either online transaction and cash on delivery).

Then you’re done. Then wait for your delivery man to arrive with your
product.
