nkt cables Australia is a 100% subsidiary of nkt cables and a supplier of MV & HV power cable, overhead catenary
systems for Rail, MV & HV cable accessories and installation services to the Australian and New Zealand Markets.
nkt cables Australia has been in operation since 2010. We have seen significant growth each year and we are earning an
excellent reputation through our hard work, dedication and innovative solutions.

We also manufacture cable accessories from 3.3kV up to 550kV. Our accessories are a superior design due to the fact that
we utilise silicon compounds. This makes nkt accessories easier to install and a minimal number of parts in comparison to
other types on the market. All accessories are manufactured according to EN 50180/81, DIN 47636 and successfully passed
type testing to CENELEC HD 629.1/VDE 0278 629-1.

nkt cables Australia stock a comprehensive range of premium quality cable accessories at our Brisbane warehouse. The
products have been widely used in the Australian / New Zealand market and are approved and used by many utilities and
major clients globally.

nkt cables Australia also offer the knowledge, experience and expertise of a qualified team of jointers who are available to
travel throughout Australia & New Zealand. They are licensed to carry out jointing work up to 420kV as well as oil cable
joints / maintenance. All tooling required to successfully complete installation on joints and terminations is ready and
available for projects and breakdowns. We hold major breakdown contracts and have 24 hour service agreements in place
on our client’s networks.
