Group 1: “My Fitness Goal!”

In this activity, you will arrange the following goals


according to how it’s important they are to you. Use
numbers 1 to 11, 1 being the most important and 11 being
the least important. And answer the questions that follow

Improve Cardiovascular Fitness


Body Fat weight loss
Reshape or tone my body
Build more muscles
Increase energy level
Improve flexibility
Improve performance for a specific sport
Increase strength
Improve mood and ability to cope with stress
Fee better/improved health
Enjoyment

3. Dance is a form of exercise, why is exercise necessary
to our health?
Activity 2
Group 2: “My Video Analysis!”
 Watch a performance of traditional dance and write a

 Write your answer in a clean bond paper and include the
following:
1. Benefits of traditional dance.
2. Importance to the Culture & Society
3. Importance as part of lifestyle fitness.

mechanics. Clear and concise statements. Excellent effort
and presentation with detail. Demonstrates a thorough
understanding of the topic.
4 - Writes fairly clear. Good grammar mechanics. Good
presentation and organization. Sufficient effort and detail.
3 - Minimal effort. Minimal grammar mechanics. Fair
presentation. Few supporting details.
2 - Somewhat unclear. Shows little effort. Poor grammar
mechanics. Confusing and choppy, incomplete sentences.
No organization of thoughts.
1 - Lacking effort. Very poor grammar mechanics. Very
unclear. Does not address topic. Limited attempt.
