Trading card game
In 2001, the Dino publishing the The-Simpsons - TCG out (STCG). The inventors were Sebastian
Jakob and Michael Palm. Initially there was a starter set (with the Beard & Lisa decks) and three
character decks ( Homer, Mr. Burns, Ned Flanders ). As in any trading card game, you could buy
boosters to improve your deck. At that time, plans were already in place for the Krusty deck,
which was released in May 2002. October 2002 was followed by the Halloween deck, with the
characters Kang and Kodos. In June 2004 the probably last extension Extreme Sports
cameout. This consisted only of boosters. Until December 2004 there was a league apparatus,
which came to a complete standstill. So far there have been three German championships.
In 2004, Wizards of the Coast also launched a trading card game on The Simpsons . In contrast
to the STCG, the target group includes younger players.
In the summer of 2005, Bongo Comics and Panini released Simpsons trading cards. They were
first distributed with the Simpsons comics.

Sense of play
The Simpsons trading card game gives you the opportunity to fight exciting card
duels with jumping players like Homer or Flanders. In this game you can tact, be
really mean and above all have a lot of fun.
Scenes, original quotes and events from the series also make the game interesting
for collectors. The booster packs strengthen your card deck and contain 11 cards,
some of which are rare.

the booster packs, including 13 foil cards. A booster pack contains 11 cards. In addition, 39 promo cards
